I have long admired Abdus Salam, and find it a great pity that children in Pakistan are not better acquainted with the life and work of this extremely inspiring man. So, it gave me especial joy to announce this essay contest, which I helped organize in collaboration with Imperial College London as part of their celebration of Salam. Details here.
The contest was such a success, we have decided to make it an annual event. Submissions will open in Fall 2024. Stay tuned for details.
